Projectors can often see the potential in others before those people can see it themselves, which is powerful knowledge to have. Your energy ebbs and flows so allow it, and plan your work around your energetic dips and peaks to make the best use of your time. Forcing it is the fastest way to burnout. Projectors can easily slip into acting like a Generator, doing all the things, responding and taking action which can lead to you feeling resentful and tired.
Projectors offer the best advice BUT the person on the receiving end has to be ready to receive it. If not, you’ll be left feeling annoyed and bitter when it looks like they totally ignore you. A release ritual can be super helpful to any Projector who feels unheard.
Projectors can often struggle with knowing when to stop as you have an undefined sacral which can often feel like your on switch is stuck in the on position. Once you learn to listen to your body and honour it, you can start to take pauses and breaks much more easily. For you, rest is part of the process.
You make things happen by waiting for an invitation. This is NOT a passive thing! When you show up in your power where your people are, showcasing your value and skills and invitations will come your way. It’s your job to recognise the invitation and discern if it’s for you (not every invitation is!) The best way to do that? By following your strategy and authority. An invitation can be as big and up front as someone saying ‘I want to work with you.’ to someone signing up to your emails, asking a friend about you, or following you on social media. They all mean that that person wants to be in your world and know more. You are here to be recognised for you and when that recognition is genuine, you will feel fueled by your interactions with them.
When things are going right and feel aligned, you will feel successful. When they’re not, you will feel resentful and bitter. This is your alarm system that something needs to be addressed to get you back on track. Use it to help you recognise what is not quite right so you can shift and move on.

Myths and misconceptions
The idea that a Projector’s strategy to wait for invitation means you cannot carry out fundamental business activities like marketing, selling or initiating. You can, and need to do all of those things, as long as you are showcasing your value and genius in order for others to invite you in.
That Projectors have no energy - you do, it just ebbs and flows and the sooner you can start working with your energy instead of against it, the better.
