You are magnetic when you are following your passions and desires and do what lights you up. Your energy uplifts those around you when you are aligned and in flow. You are fueled and refuelled by work that fulfils you and you are here to master that work (and have fun along the way). It can be really easy to just keep going and going, but rest is important too. Generators have a full battery of energy every single day and running that energy down by doing work you love, physical movement (if possible) and following your desires is important to help you get the rest you need.
Switching off can be a problem as you have such capacity for work and your defined root centre gives you a sense of urgency in everything you do. Check in with yourself and recognise when you are heading for burnout. Work gives you so much satisfaction but you can end up using it as an emotional crutch to fuel you when other areas of your life are not as fulfilling which can also lead you to burnout.
You can also find yourself searching for something for your sacral energy to respond to by doom-scrolling and rechecking your emails seeing if an opportunity has landed. Notice when you’re doing this and see if you can re-channel that searching into an activity that truly lights you up - because doom-scrolling is not that for anyone.
Generators experience the Generator plateau. This is where you reach a point of mastery in your business and then feel like you flatline. You feel frustrated, stuck and fed up as you can’t seem to move forward and feeling can persist for a while. Check in with your authority to see if it really is time to quit, or if you just need a new thing to respond to to launch you into a new direction. Progress isn’t linear for you, it’s iterative so embrace the plateau and use it as an invitation to go do something you really love while you wait - get outside, restart that hobby, put your favourite music on - anything to move you into feeling more lit up and responsive to the opportunities available to you
You make things happen by waiting to respond. This is NOT a passive thing! Do what you love, feel the satisfaction in that space and opportunities will naturally come into your world for you to respond to. That response will be internal and potentially, physical. Use your authority to decide which of those opportunities are right for you.

Myths and misconceptions
The idea that Generators have to be worker bees and can’t have any good ideas on their own is total crap. Some of the most successful female founders in the world are Generators (Oprah, anyone?!).
The idea that your strategy to respond means you cannot carry out fundamental business activities like marketing, selling or initiating. You can, and need to do all of those things, as long as you are in response.
